PIQUILLO PEPPERS WITH GRILLED PLANTAINS

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Piquillo Peppers
  • 1 Plantain
  • Single Cream
  • Sugar
  • Olive Oil

PREPARATION

Poach the piquillo peppers in a frying pan with some olive oil.

Sprinkle some sugar on the plantain slices and grill them.

Place a plantain slice on each piquillo pepper. Add some single cream and serve.

Whip the cream to increase sauce volume.

GREEN ASPARAGUS AU GRATIN WITH PARMESAN CHEESE

FOR 2 PERSONS

Preparation: 15min

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 Green Asparagus
  • Parmesan Cheese

PREPARATION

Brown the asparagus in a frying pan with removable handle. Sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top.

Place the frying pan in the oven, remove the handle and serve hot.

THE CHEF’S ADVICE
You can first boil the asparagus 2-3 minutes to ensure they are cooked to perfection.

GRILLED SPRING ONIONS WITH ANCHOVIES

  • 1 Spring Onion
  • 2 Anchovies
  • Black Olives Tapenade

PREPARATION

Grill the spring onion, place it in a dish. Place 2 anchovies and some tapenade on the onion.
