It is made from fresh strawberries, the most expensive Oporto sauce they have been able to find in the marketplace, whipped cream, vanilla ice cream and mint. If you order it, the restaurant will give you a 7 carat pink diamond, although for this price I would prefer choosing the diamond by myself.

 

The dessert used to be a little less expensive – it was worth only 2 million dollars- but strawberries price must have increased a lot lately. Or maybe the fact they have decided to change the original diamond –it was only 4.7 carat- have also influenced the price increase.
